Tracing the spin from the Enlightenment of the 18th century to the beginning of this new millennium, the author shows how Gods love message in Jesus has been attacked and altered by the historical-critical method of biblical interpretation. Theologians, philosophers, and historians as well, have attempted to make their words and theories superior to Gods Holy Word in Scripture. A flavor of some of the diverse interpretations is presented to awaken the people of God to what has happened to Gods revelation of His perfect love which He has expressed in His son, Jesus Christ, as Lord and Savior.
